Now medical professionals can learn and practice the principles of crisis team management. This course is not focused on leaders, but teams who need to complete a set of tasks in rapid order in an effort to save patients' lives. Groups of about 15 individuals from a variety of disciplines will complete pre-course materials (a slide show and a pretest), participate in a simulator program with facilitated debriefing, and complete post course assessments.
